Step 01
Place on the red Plate 2x10 the following red pieces: red Plate 1x2, red Brick 1x2, red Plate 1x2 1 with stud, blue Brick 1x2 with hole. Place red Plate 1x1 on red Plate 1x2 with 1 stud.

Step 02
Place two yellow Brick 1x1 with Handles on red Plate 1x2. Place Slope Brick 45 2x1 on Plate 1x1. Place blue Brick 1x2 with Axle Hole on slope brick. Place red Plate 2x1 then blue Brick 1x2 with Hole on top of blue Brick 1x2 with Hole.

Step 03
Assemble transmission: Axle 6, Yellow Micromotor Pulley, Worm Screw, Axle Joiner Perpendicular. Transmission fits through blue Brick 1x2 with Axle Hole. NOT PICTURED: Rubber band stretches between handles (yellow Brick 1x1 with Handle) and Yellow Micromotor Pulley.

Step 04
Insert Transfer Gear into Joiner: Axle 3 with Stud, Gear 16 Tooth. May need to insert one or more Bush 1/2 to stabilize.

Step 05
Insert Input into Blue Brick 1x2 with Hole: Axle 6, Gear 8 Tooth. May need to insert one or more Bush 1/2 to stabilize.

Step 06
Insert Power and Output into two Blue Brick 1x2 with Holes: (same as Input)

Input On Input Off
When the Input is on, the transmission puls the Transfer Gear away from the output and the power, and the Power is not transferred to the Output, which is off. When the Input is off, the rubber band pulls the transmission forward, engaging the Transfer Gear with the Input and the Output, which is on.
